The more I read K-Pop Demon Hunters trivia, the more I like the show, like:

Every city location in the show is actually somewhere real in Seoul (except the VIP area in the arena, because apparently no one in the production team has ever been there).

“Saja Boys” is a pun in Korean: “saja” means “lion”, but “jeoseung saja” are grim reapers in Korean mythology, who guide the souls of the dead into the underworld. Jeoseung saja dress in black hanbok and gat (Korean traditional dress and hat)…just like the Saja Boys.

Derpy and Sussie, the mythical creatures, are based on typical folk art (minhwa) that often depict tigers and magpies.

Mary Austin VOTED 4 HARRIS! (@MaryAustinBooks@mstdn.social) (Mastodon 🐘)

People are supporting #LosAngeles food vendors by buying all their stock so they can go back home and hide from the #ICE Nazis. (And, as I posted earlier today, students in Boyle Heights are bringing groceries to people who can't leave their homes. This kind of program is going on all over the country.)

Mutual aid is resistance! Not everybody can physically handle tear gas or the heat or rubber bullets, but many can still help those in hiding get enough to eat.
