Brewer’s Notes: Want a new school Hazy IPA? Just SHOW ME A SIGN. I can whip up a pineapple-juice hued liquid like it’s my job. How ’bout topping it off with some fine white foam? Easy. Let’s toss in Mosaic, Strata, Cashmere, and Amarillo, and let ’em sing like the opera’s popping off next door. You want some tropical and floral aromas that scream guava, melon, pineapple, and citrus blossoms? Consider it done. I’ll throw in some notes of piña colada like I brewed it in sandals. Hold up – am I getting passion fruit, lime zest, and melon? Surprise – that’s the cherry on top of the back palate. What can I say – I majored in signs. Caution: easy-drinking juice bomb ahead!

It turns out this was the LAST Guinness in the British Pub. They ran out. I sipped it.

Brewer’s Notes: Swirling clouds tumble as the storm begins to calm. Settle. Breathe in the moment, then break through the smooth, light head to the bittersweet reward.

Unmistakeably GUINNESS, from the first velvet sip to the last, lingering drop. And every deep-dark satisfying mouthful in between.
